Cable subscribers expect equal treatment for public channels

Recent survey results show that over 85% of Chicago cable subscribers say it’s important that community channels are easy to find and record.

Subscribers also want community channels to have technical advancements equal to commercial channels.

AT&T's Channel 99 U-Verse PEG product fails to deliver what subscribers expect. On U-Verse, community access channels are hard to find, can't be recorded, aren't listed in its program guides, and have inferior functionality in comparison with commercial channels.
